Me place saludarles nuevamente, hoy para compartir una nueva receta con todos ustedes, en esta oportunidad una Clásica Alitas de Pollo en Salsa Barbacoa son una delicia y quedan como de restaurante, además que de seguro tienes todos los ingredientes en casa.
I am pleased to greet you again, today to share a new recipe with all of you, this time a Classic Chicken Wings in Barbecue Sauce are a delight and they look like a restaurant, plus you surely have all the ingredients at home.
Las alitas son las piezas de pollo favoritas de muchas personas, incluyéndome a mí jeje jeje me encantan, las hago de muchas maneras y bueno hoy las quise hacer en Salsa Barbacoa porque está increíble y se que la disfrutan mucho.Ahora comencemos con la lista de ingredientes que vamos a necesitar:
Wings are the favorite pieces of chicken for many people, including me hehe hehe I love them, I make them in many ways and well today I wanted to make them in Barbecue Sauce because it is incredible and I know you enjoy it a lot.Now let's start with the list of ingredients that we are going to need:
🍢 500 gramos de Alitas de Pollo
🍢 2 Cucharadas de Salsa de Tómate
🍢 2 Cucharadas de Mostaza
🍢 1 Cucharada de Vinagre
🍢 1 Cucharada de Azúcar Morena
🍢 2 Cucharadas de Salsa de Soja
🍢 Condimentos y Sal al gusto.
🍢 500 grams of Chicken Wings
🍢 2 Tablespoons Tomato Sauce
🍢 2 Tablespoons of Mustard
🍢 1 Tablespoon of Vinegar
🍢 1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
🍢 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
🍢 Condiments and Salt to taste.
Para Servir y decorar
To serve and decorate
🍢 Papás Fritas
🍢 Vegetales Frescos.
🍢 French Fries
🍢 Fresh Vegetables.
🍢 Limpiamos muy bien las Alitas y sazonamos con los condimentos y la sal
Clean the wings very well and season with the seasonings and salt.
🍢 Luego las vamos a freír en abundantes aceite caliente.
Then we are going to fry them in abundant hot oil.
🍢 Las friamos todas y las reservamos
We fry them all and reserve them
🍢 Y Preparamos nuestra Salsa, mezclando todos los ingredientes restantes.
And we prepare our sauce, mixing all the remaining ingredients.
🍢 Luego de mezclar muy bien la vamos a llevar a cocinar por unos minutos, hasta que empiece a espesar.
After mixing very well we are going to cook it for a few minutes, until it begins to thicken.
🍢 Cuando este lista, cambiará su color y se pondrá espesa.
When it's ready, it will change its color and thicken.
🍢 Y allí será el momento de agregar nuestra Alitas y mezclar muy bien con la salsa.

🍢Y así de sencillos estará lista nuestras alita solo nos quedará servirlas. Yo preparé un emplatado con vegetales frescos.
