Este día les traigo una receta para que elabores tu propio pan de sandwich o pan de molde, también conocido como lactal

Es muy sencilla, la podrás hacer en un dos por tres,con pocos ingredientes 🍞

Qué necesitamos? - What do we need?

Ingredientes - Ingredients

530 gramos de harina / flour
300 mililitros de leche / milk
2 cucharadas de mantequilla / butter
2 cucharadas de azúcar / sugar
3/4 cucharaditas de sal / fine salt
1 cucharadita de levadura instantanea / instant yeast

Comó lo hacemos? - How do we do it?

Comenzamos colocando la harina de trigo y las dos cucharadas de azúcar en un recipiente adecuado para trabajar

Añadimos la levadura granulada y mezclamos un poco antes de seguir

Continuamos con la sal y la mantequilla que debe estar a temperatura ambiente, si no tienes mantequilla puedes usar margarina el resultado será igual, un pan rico y suave

Mezclamos la mantequilla hasta unificarla con la harina para luego colocar la leche liquida

Comenzamos amasar hasta obtener una masa suave y elástica, puedes trabajar en un mesón y luego darle reposo de una media hora

Recuerda tapar tu masa mientras reposa para que la superficie no se reseque. Ya pasada la media hora volcamos la masa sobre el mesón y la desgasificamos un poco

Este proceso es muy sencillo, solo presionas suavemente con tus dedos y bajas un poco la masa sacando algo de aire de la misma

Procedemos a enrollar la masa haciendo un poco de presión al final de cada vuelta, solo en la parte donde donde termina el pliegue, como muestra la imagen

Dale a la masa el tamaño del molde a utilizar, el cúal debe estar engrasado, como tips te recominedo usar manteca vegetal es excelente y no necesitarás papel encerado

Colocamos muestra masa dentro del molde con el pliegue hacia abajo y la presionamos suavemente hasta que ajuste en las paredes del mismo

En este punto , tapamos con un paño húmedo y dejamos reposar unas dos horas hasta que la masa sobresalga del molde, si quieres un pan mucho más alto debes dejar otra hora maś y listo. Lo llevamos al horno a unos 220 grados Celsius por espacio de 30 a 35 minutos y tendras tu pan de molde listo 🍞
