This is Alessandro from Italy, I would like to share with you my recipe of home made TIRAMISÙ. We had it today after lunch, so I decided to take some pictures, too. We did not have eggs at home, so I went a bit off the original recipe, but truth is that there are so many ways to make tiramisù. I will guide you through my own recipe step by step, and I promise you: it is not so difficult to cook, just make sure you have fresh ingredients.
INGRIEDIENTS
300 gr of ladyfingers
250 grams of mascarpone
100 grams of sugar
200 ml of cream for desserts
100 gr of dark chocolate
30 gr of bitter cocoa
350 ml of coffee
80 ml of milk
Mix the mascarpone with the sugar in a bowl. Add the cream and whip gently. You will get a smooth and homogeneous cream. It has to be like snow, like a cloud, "such stuff as dreams are made on"...
Prepare the coffee, pour it into a deep dish and add the milk.
Soak the ladyfingers in the still-hot coffee, turning them for a few seconds. Then place them on the base of a baking dish.
Cover with half of the mascarpone cream.
Sprinkle with bitter cocoa.
Cover with chocolate flakes. Make it rain!
Cover with another layer of ladyfingers soaked in coffee.
Now spread the other half of the egg-free mascarpone cream. Level the surface well.
Sprinkle with more cocoa and chocolate flakes.
Now let the tiramisu in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Cut the tiramisu into slices and serve your jaw-dropping and salivating friends!!
