Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes, una bebida refrescante de mango verde, acá en el oriente del país (Venezuela) le llámamos "Cartón de Mango". Es muy fácil de realizar y es deliciosa 😋😋

Today I want to share with you, a refreshing green mango drink, here in the east of the country (Venezuela) we call it "Cartón de Mango". It is very easy to make and it is delicious 😋😋.

Para está preparación solo vamos a necesitar:

• Mangos verdes.
• Azúcar.
• Agua.

For this preparation we will only need:

• Green mangoes.
• Sugar.
• Water.

Lo primero que haremos sera lavar los mangos muy bien, y picarlo en tajadas hasta dejar pa semilla del mando sin pulpa. Nos podemos guiar con la imagen como hacerlo.

The first thing we will do is wash the mangoes very well, and chop them into slices until we leave the seeds without pulp. We can guide us with the image as to do it.

Luego que ya le hemos sacado toda la pulpa al mango, lo ponemos a hervir, echándole agua hasta tapar todas las pulpas. Cuando estás esten blandas, apagamos y dejamos reposar. El tiempo de cocción es de 15 minutos aproximadamente.

After we have already removed all the pulp from the mango, we put it to boil, pouring water to cover all the pulp. When the pulp is soft, turn it off and let it rest. The cooking time is approximately 15 minutes.

Cuando tengamos bien frías las pulpas que hemos cocido, la llevamos a la licuadora y con la misma agua la licuamos, si vemos que está muy espeso podemos agregar un poquito más de agua.

When the cooked pulps are very cold, we take them to the blender and with the same water we blend them, if we see that they are too thick we can add a little more water.

Pasamos por un colador o tamiz fino, para separar del jugo toda la fibra que tiene la pulpa del mango.

We pass through a strainer or fine sieve to separate all the fiber from the juice that has the mango pulp.

Luego llevamos a la licuadora nuevamente para mezclar con el azúcar. Endulzamos tanto como queramos. Y ya está lista nuestra bebida para disfrutarla con bastante hielo.

Then we take it to the blender again to mix with the sugar. We sweeten as much as we want. And our drink is ready to enjoy with plenty of ice.
