I just had a colorful day. Here it is:

I don't eat salad every day, but I try to make it at least twice a week for supper. And today I just went a bit further than normal. For breakfast, I enjoyed a green smoothie, followed by rice and stir-fried green beans, salad for lunch, and a large salad bowl for dinner. Just perfect!
The salad sauce:
Some soya sauce, mayonnaise, chili sauce, peanut butter, a little wasabi, ground sesame, some lemon juice or orange juice. Mix them all up. The concoction is just perfect!
