I tell you that today we wanted to eat some BBQ ribs, but going out to eat one of these on the street is sometimes a bit expensive, so we decided to buy the ingredients and prepare it at home and it was really delicious, I feel I ate too much meat today that was so good and I decided to share the recipe with you.

No se imaginan lo fácil que es esta receta, por supuesto admito que la hice con ayuda de mi mamá ya que quería que quedaran muy buenas y era la primera vez que intentábamos hacerlas, pero realmente ya aprendí y las próximas puedo prepararlas solas, de verdad les agradezco porque preparando recetas para mostrárselas a ustedes le he agarrado mucho gusto a la cocina y estoy orgullosa de mí.
You cannot imagine how easy this recipe is, of course I admit that I made it with the help of my mother since I wanted them to be very good and it was the first time we tried to make them, but I really already learned and the next ones I can prepare them by myself, really I thank you because preparing recipes to show them to you I have taken a lot of pleasure in the kitchen and I am proud of me.

Ponemos a cocinar las costillas en una olla con agua, ajos machacados, un poco de cebolla y cebollin en tiras y sal y dejamos cocinar hasta que estas estén muy blanditas, esto tomará un par de horas, así que estamos pendiente de ir agregando más agua para que se cocinen bien.
We cook the ribs in a pot with water, crushed garlic, a little onion and chives in strips and salt and let them cook until they are very soft, this will take a couple of hours, so we are waiting to add more water so they cook well.
Paso 2: // Step 2:
Sacamos las costillas de la olla, y ahora prendemos el horno para ponerlas en una refractaria con mucha salsa BBQ por todos lados y dejamos hornear por 25 minutos aproximadamente. Recuerden voltearla por el otro lado para que se cocine por ambos.
We remove the ribs from the pot, and now we turn on the oven to put them in a dish with a lot of BBQ sauce on all sides and let them bake for approximately 25 minutes. Remember to turn it over the other side so that it cooks on both of you.

Sacamos del horno y están listas nuestras costillitas en salsa BBQ para servir con lo que queramos, no se imaginan lo deliciosas que quedaron y lo barato que salió a diferencia de comerlas en la calle, estoy segura que les van a encantar.
We take out of the oven and our ribs in BBQ sauce are ready to serve with whatever we want, you cannot imagine how delicious they were and how cheap they were unlike eating them on the street, I am sure you are going to love them.
Las mismas pueden acompañarlas con lo que deseen, nosotros lo hicimos con papas fritas y un poco de ensalada que servimos en otro plato, y realmente fue una buena combinación, pero ustedes pueden acompañarlas con lo que deseen.
