HOW TO MAKE JOLLOF SPAGHETTI
Prep
Add chilli flakes to tomato puree and mix together
Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al-dente
On medium heat, add vegetable oil to a pan along with the chopped onions. Onions should become transparent after around two to three minutes of frying.
Then add the tomato puree combination, curry powder, thyme, salt, and chicken bouillon, and simmer for an additional three minutes (add water from spaghetti to dilute the sauce about 1 cup)
When the sauce is bubbling, add the pasta and incorporate thoroughly.
Serve the spaghetti after allowing it to boil for a further 3 minutes or until it reaches the desired softness (you may need to add more spaghetti water).
