Greetings to all my dear friends in this beautiful community. Returning to my publications, after having presented failures to communicate and share with all of you, I come to show you how prepare this delicious recipe that identifies all Venezuelans, since it is a very traditional dish that is part of our gastronomy and recognized nationally and internationally, They can add the ingredients that they like the most and with those that they have at home.
Ingredientes-Ingredients:
½ kilo de carne para desmechar.
Caraotas negras previamente preparadas.
Aliños verdes.
2 tomates maduros.
½ cebolla picada.
Ajíes.
Aceite para freír.
Sal al gusto.
1 plátano maduro.
1 ½ taza de arroz.
Aguacate maduro.
½ kilo de carne para desmechar.

Preparación-preparation:
Boil the minced meat into pieces with a little green dressing until it is soft, remove from the broth and let it rest to be able to shred it with the help of a fork (reserve the broth).
Prepare in a pot the rice that we will use in our plate until it is at the desired point.
In a frying pan, fry the tomatoes, onions, seasonings and chili peppers with a little oil and add the shredded meat.
Fry a little stirring to mix it with the dressings and add a cup of the broth where we parboil the meat.
Add salt to taste and cook until the broth is consumed a little.
Apart in a frying pan, fry the bananas cut into slices.
Serve as shown in the presentation with some delicious ripe avocados.
