I'm here with another healthy and delicious recipe once again. This time I tried condensed milk recipe that I always bought from market. I never tried at home but I'm extremely overwhelmed after trying at home. You can't believe how much good it was turned out. I bet you, this is way better than store-bought condensed milk.
It can be prepared with only two ingredients that is unbelievable. I want you to try this method which is affordable and way cheaper than stores.
Condensed Milk
There are only two main ingredients which can't be replaced with any other. You need only milk and regular sugar for making this delicious condensed milk which can be used in various dishes. I myself prepared only for my daily coffee doze.
Let's get started with recipe:
⚡️ Ingredients:
- 500ml full cream milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
Note: make sure you choose full fat/full cream milk for this recipe otherwise it won't turned the well or you won't get the thickness like store-bought condensed milk
💫 Method:
- Turn on the flame, put the sauce pan on stove top
- Add milk and sugar then mix well
- Keep stiring the milk on low flame
- It will take 40 minutes to get the desired thickness
- Now turn off the flame and let the prepared mixture gets cool
- Pour into an airtight jar and refrigerate it. It can last upto 2 weeks easily
