Hello my dear readers and lovers of good food, today I want to share in this post, an event that I covered as a photographer and I was in charge of documenting the occasion and taking pictures of the food that was served on that day.
Nothing better than being able to detail the buffet presentations and have an idea of how and what to serve for this type of occasion.
Hola mis apreciados lectores ya amantes del buen comer, hoy les quiero compartir en este post, un evento que cubrí como fotógrafa y que me encargue aparte de documentar la ocasión de sacarles fotos a los alimentos que se sirvieron en ese día.Nada mejor que poder detallar las presentaciones de los buffet y tener idea de cómo y que servir para este tipo de ocasión.
El evento se realizo en el Crowne Plaza de la ciudad de Villahermosa México. Fue una emotiva reunión entre amigas.
I drove to the site in the morning, the weather was nice.
Me desplace en horas de la mañana hasta el lugar en el auto, el clima estaba agradable.
When I arrived I noticed how beautifully the tables were arranged in the place reserved for the occasion.
Al llegar pude notar lo hermosa que estaban arregladas las mesas en el lugar reservado para la ocasión.
Beautiful bouquets of natural flowers stood out on each table which had a delicate pale pink tablecloth and on the sides were arranged some fans and a card with a nice message.
Hermosos ramos de flores naturales resaltaban en cada mesa las cuales tenían un delicado mantel rosa pálido y a los lados estaban dispuestos unos abanicos y unas tarjeta con un lindo mensaje.
Reading this note filled me with nostalgia because I instantly remembered one of my dearest friends who, although I carry her in my heart, I miss sharing and having good conversations with her.
Esta nota al leerla me lleno de nostalgia pues recordé al instante una de mis mas apreciadas amistades que aunque la llevo en mi corazón se le extraña el compartir y tener buenas pláticas.
Between laughter and the joy of a reunion between friends, my mind went back to the place and I noticed how the room was gradually filling up with people, each one occupying a seat at a table and enjoying these details while the waiters served a delicious coffee in white cups.
Entre risas y algarabía de un reencuentro entre amigas mi mente volvió a el lugar y note como se fue llenando el salón poco a poco de personas ocupando cada una un puesto en cada mesa y disfrutando de estos detalles mientras los mesero servia un delicioso cafe en tazas blancas.
After having a coffee, I moved from table to table and started taking pictures that today are a nice souvenir for those who attended.
Yo luego de haberme tomado un café me desplace entre mesa y mesas y comencé hacer fotos que hoy son un lindo recuerdo para los que asistieron.
Before the guest arrived and the buffet was opened to start the breakfast, I went over to take pictures of the drinks that were served in these beautiful glass bottles.
Among the drinks that were served were orange juice, beet juice with orange and cucumber-based green juice.
Antes de que llegará la agasajada y abrieran el buffet para iniciar el desayuno , me acerque hacerle fotos a las bebidas que estaban servidas en estas hermosas botellas de vidrios.Entre las bebidas que se sirvieron estaban las de jugo de naranja, jugo de betabel con naranja y de jugo verde a base de pepino.
Then on the long table there were trays with various fruits, another with cheese, ham, cold cuts, olives and for dairy lovers, yogurt of various flavors and granola. Everything was very fresh and pleasing to the eye.
Seguidamente en la mesa alargada se encontraba bandejas con diversas frutas, otra con quesos jamón embutidos aceitunas y para los amantes de los lácteos yogurt de diversos sabores, granola. Todo estaba muy fresco y agradable a la vista.
Tamales and maneas were a must in this delicious Tabasco breakfast.

When the hostess arrived and said a few words and blessed the food, the buffet was opened and everyone helped themselves to whatever they wanted for breakfast.
Al llegar la agasajada y decir unas breves palabras y bendecir los alimentos se abrió el buffet y cada quien se sirvió lo que mas le apetecía desayunar.
Dish served with tamale, beans, tortilla chips and enchiladas.
Plato servido con tamal, frijoles, totopos y enchiladas.
