Today I would like to share the another Winter Famous Dessert Recipe i.e. Atta Laddu Made up of Ghee, Whole Wheat Flour, Sugar and Dryfruits. a simple and healthy ladoo(Sweet Balls) recipe, it is Eaten During Harsh Winter to warm your Body, i think it is going to be useful recipe to my hive Family. There is Traditiona in my house, to sent the Box of Laddu to friends and Relatives during to Winters, it is token of loves and pleasure, a warm message to my loves one to take care during winters eat this healthy recipe. This recipe is made by Confectioner(Halawai) to give more flavour and taste to it. My father called the confectioner as it is prepared in huge Quantity, it is not easy for me to make it, as it required energy to saute the Material, but if you want to make in small quantity then you can easily make by your own.

Ingredients š
⢠1 Kg of Desi Ghee.
⢠5 bowls of Sugar Sugar)
⢠250 grams of Almond.
⢠250 grams of Cashew.
⢠250 Grams of Sabudana.
Process š§āš³
Heat the kadai, Roast the Sabudaana in Desi ghee.
Now Roast the Almond in low flame, utill get brown in Color.
Now Roast the Cashews in low flame, utill get brown in Color. Now dryfruits are ready, when it cool downs, Grind in the grinder.
Now Roast atta well, otherwise it will stick to you mouth when eating.
Keep stirring untill it get brown in colour, even you get the strong aroma of ghee and atta when it is completely roasted.
Now add the desi ghee and sugar, again start Stirring at medium flame
Add the Dryfruits mixture into it. Check the taste of the whole wheat flour, it should feel cooked. There should be no rawness.
Make sure to shape the ladoo in the ball when the mixture is warm enough to handle. This way it holds the shape well.
Similarly, make medium size ladoo from the remaining mixture
