Feliz viernes a toda la comunidad de hive, el día de hoy quiero compartir una deliciosa receta que prepare con cariño para compartir con mi familia y por su puesto con ustedes, se trata de un delicioso cuajado de pescado esta receta es exquisita en estas fecha es una tradición en mi país preparar este platillo es una tortilla rellena de pescado, plátanos, papas, queso; es muy fácil su preparación espero que sea de su agrado sin decir mas acompañeme en el paso a paso.

Ingredientes-Ingredients

1 kilo de pescado salado. 8 huevos. 5 papas. 3 cebollas. perejil, cebollín. 4 ají dulce. 1/2 pimentón. queso semi duro. 1 plátano maduro. aceite. sal, onoto, orégano.

Preparación -Preparation

Paso1/Step1

Primero tome las papas las lave y pele y puse a hervir hasta ablandar, luego el pescado lo lave le retire el exceso de sal y puse a hervir por 10 min, corte todos los aliños reserve el ají, perejil, cebollín, cebolla, freí las tajadas de plátano y reserve.

luego el pescado lo desmenuce y reserve, después tome las papas triture hasta obtener un puré de papas, pues a calentar una olla con un toque de aceite y añadí los aliños reservados.

Paso3/Step3

luego removí los aliños mientras se sofreían, luego condimente con una pizca mínima de sal otra de onoto y orégano al gusto, después removí para incorporar deje por 5 min y retire del fuego el pescado; aparte en un bol añadí los 8 huevo y comencé a batir y luego reserve.

luego en una olla puse a calentar con una pizca de aceite y expandí por toda la olla, luego añadí una capa de huevo y pescado, seguido una capa de puré de papas otra de huevos, luego una capa de plátanos y así sucesivamente hasta terminar los ingredientes.

luego con una cucharilla presione un poco para dejar todo bien presionado y le rocié queso rallado por todo el cuajado y metí en el horno por unos 30 min a fuego medio pinchar hasta que el palillo o cuchillo salga seco y listo.
