Hello my dear lovers of Food and good taste🤤, how are you tonight? I want to share with you this recipe for this Amazing Rice🍛.

Primero montamos el arroz, dos tazas de agua por una de arroz y colocamos la sal. Picamos los aliños.

First we mount the rice, two cups of water for one of rice and add the salt. We chop the dressings.

Colocamos el aceite, el ajo y picamos sólo a la mitad los mejillones.

Add the oil and garlic and chop the mussels only in half.

Sofreímos los aliños y luego Agregamos los mejillones, la sal, el ají en polvo y un poco de agua.

Sauté the dressings and then add the mussels, salt, chili powder and a little water.

Dejamos secar, ya listo el arroz lo Agregamos y mezclamos bien.

Let it dry, the rice is ready. Add it and mix well.
