Greeting everyone!
Welcome back to another edition of #Foodfriday where I force myself to write about food in hopes to awaken my inner foodie!
Today I made another wrap!
But not just any wrap, this wrap has saved me from starvation many times 🤣🤣🤣.
It's easy to make and quite filling...
You'll need
- Wraps (I use wholesome wheat)
- Chicken, Beef or Cold Cut
- 1 egg
- Apple (yes apple!)
- Lettuce
- Fried onions
- Cheese (I use Dutch cheese)
- A tomato
- Salad Dressing (I use honey mostard)
- You are free to add stuff like parmasan cheese, garlic, avocado... Be sure to experiment!
That's it!
The key here is to warm up the wrap with the cheese in it so it melts...
The secret ingredient is the apple, cause I like something that breaks the saltiness and gives me something fresh and sweet).
Boil the egg so you can add it for extra protein..
Make the chicken however you want it! .
That's about it.
