However, when it comes to home cooking, our family members still prefer home cooking. However, I also occasionally go to restaurants to enjoy food, because my son prefers to eat out. However, I consider the health aspect more important, because if the health is good, it is easy for us to enjoy everything. And if the health is not right, everything seems unbearable.
Today I will share with you the recipe of such a healthy Bengali food, because I continue to try to cook and learn something different almost all the time during the holidays. And today's cooking is a combination of vegetables and fish of choice. Because we prefer to eat vegetables with fish, and today the name of everything is cucumber and the name of the fish is tatkini.
If there is a favorite vegetable and a fish with the taste, then the level of interest in that food is definitely a little higher, that is normal. And I don't like to follow any specific rules when it comes to cooking, because I don't like the way you cook. Also the bread and taste of food of the people of each region are not the same, so it is reasonable to have differences in recipes. But sometimes the taste of something different increases our interest in food, which is also true.
The ingredients I took with me to make today's recipe are-

Then I will spread the cut fish with turmeric powder well. Then heat in a pan and fry the fish with oil for some time so that the fish does not break during cooking. This is because a lot of the time the fish breaks down during cooking, so the cooking is not nice and tasty.
