However, today is Tuesday, meaning tasty Tuesday, so let’s take a look at a favorite food recipe that is spicy and tasty. Since now is the time of winter, I will share with you a simple recipe of one of my favorite vegetables.
The name of the vegetable is cauliflower, and it is known as one of the most popular winter vegetables in our region. In addition, it contains a variety of beneficial ingredients, which play a great role in keeping us physically healthy. In fact, winter vegetables are more popular in our country because of their taste and nutritional value. And in this case the name of cauliflower is especially significant.
But for this spicy and tasty recipe, we need to collect some extra ingredients. These are rice powder, vesan, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, oil and cauliflower. You can mix many more ingredients with it if you want, it totally depends on your taste.
Now let's see the easy way to make it. First we have to cut the cauliflower into small slices, then we have to boil them with water. When cooked, I will put them in another container. However, you can make small and large slices according to your needs.
Then take a small pot and take some water in it so that we can mix all the other ingredients. Note that the ingredients have to be mixed in such a way that they are made like some thin paste. Because we will fry the boiled cauliflower by using this paste.
Once the paste is ready, we put it in a pan, heat it with some oil. Add a little more oil so that the cauliflower can be fried well. Once the oil is hot, smear the cooked cauliflower slices with the paste.
After that we have to wait for some time, when the color of cauliflower turns brown, we will take them down and check the taste of hot hot.
We usually enjoy cauliflower fry like this in winter, but you can use any kind of sauce with it, it greatly increases the amount of flavor. We especially like this kind of fry for breakfast. You can try this recipe at home.
