Dearest 👨🏼🍳,
how are you?
Considering the high temperatures, today I propose a side dish rich in nutrients, seasonal dish and above all very easy to prepare!
Yes, beans with onion are a light and super tasty dish, also to be eaten cold.
This time I was lucky, as my mother sent me to Modena broad beans already grained ready to be cooked.
Obviously I thanks her because in addition to the gift I certainly avoided a little effort.
Carissimi 👨🏼🍳,
come state?

If after 30 minutes beans are still hard, this will depend on the size of the same, you can add a little more water, if they are ready raise the flame and you let the excess water dry.
You serve your beans with EVO oil and thyme (if you like it).
I hope you enjoyed it as a recipe, I’ll wait in the comments 😉
