And not interested to know that negative person. but I know that he/she stole my posts with my username my photos my posts recipes and copied and pasted some other platform which I just learne a few days before. I got an alert recently. So warning him/her Please don't do that it is not a good thing.
This is the place for our original serious work and the kind hivers always give support and encouragement for original content, even if we don't have the capability, don't steal others' work, try yourself and come together.
Back to my recipe.
Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
1 onion
small piece of beetroot
2 springs of curry leaves
1 walnut-size tamarind
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
4 cloves of garlic
2 red dried chilies
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp ghee or butter.
2 tbsp mustard
4 eggs
8 bread slices.
Cut tomatoes, and onion, saving 4 slices of each.
peel garlic
Soak chilies in water.
In a small pan pour the coconut oil/
then stir in onion, chilies, and garlic and stir well until onion becomes translucent.
Add tomatoes, salt, and tamarind and stir around 2-3 minutes until tomatoes turn softer.
remove from heat and cool down for a while.
after cooling down put it in a mixer pot.
make a fine paste, and keep it aside.
This tomato paste can be stored in the refrigerator for around 2 weeks which makes more easier for an instant sandwich. or use as dressing.
Grease idli steamer molds. You can use cups or plates in the steamer.
Drop an egg in each mold.
sprinkle salt and pepper on it and steam around 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare bread slices.
Using a cookie cutter or bowl cut the bread slices into a round shape.
the edges of bread can be used to make bread crumbs.
now our eggs are ready.
remove them from the mold one by one.
Spread 1 tsp tomato paste which we made on each piece of bread.
set the steamed egg on the top of each slice we use 4 slices for that.
put the other slice on the top of the egg and use water to fix the edges.
Heat the skillet and carefully transfer the sandwiches into the skillet use butter or ghee to toast them. toasting 2 minutes from each side the sandwiches are ready. serve as your choice. I used tomato slice, onion ring, a few drops of mustard and curry leaves.
This is the way we enjoyed our last 2023 lunch.
Thank you.
