Hello, foodlovers greetings🙏. this recipe I made for last time hive chef theme was sour cream. but because of the heavy load of work and traveling, I could not make it. So thinking of it should be nice to share this recipe now.
Waffles with sour cream and berries.
Mean ingredient sour cream 250-gram.
1 cup white flour
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup sour cream start with but used 200-gram in the batter.
2 pinches of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup water.
25 raspberries from the garden
10 wild cherries.
few mint leaves.
First, make powder of oatmeal using the mixer.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Gradually use the sour cream to make the batter.
After 200-gram sour cream adds 1/2 cup of water and make a smooth batter without lumps.
Keep the batter for 10 minutes for rest.
Heat waffle-pan
After the waffle pan is warm enough, pour 1/2 cup of batter in it. Close the cover and bake it until it has been done.
Our old-style waffle pan takes around 4-5 minutes and the crispy waffle is ready.
To display I used leftover sour cream and garden fresh raspberries plus a few wild cherries. and mint leaves.
