Good night to all my Hive friends. How are you? I hope you're live well. We enjoy preparing various types and flavors of food every day. Today, I want to share with you an egg fry recipe that offers a fresh and unique taste. It's incredibly easy to prepare and budget-friendly. This recipe transforms ordinary eggs into a delightful treat that effortlessly combines crispy texture with the richness of battered eggs. In fact, I came across this recipe on YouTube and decided to try it today. So, let's take a look at how to prepare this mouthwatering dish.

Ingredients;
š Two eggs.
š 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
š 2 cups of wheat flour.
š 1 teaspoons of chili powder.
š Salt as required.
š 1 teaspoons of pepper powder.
š Water.
š coconut oil 200ml.
š 1 chopped onion.
Method of making;
1 step.
First break the two eggs and put them in a cup.

Then add chili powder, pepper powder, chopped onion and a little salt to it and mix well.

Next, take another pan, add half a tablespoon of oil, and heat it over low flame. Then, pour in the entire egg mixture. Put the egg mixture on the stove for a few minutes until frying. Remove from heat after frying.

Then cut into triangles as shown below.

Then take a cup and put wheat flour in it. Add corn flour and a little salt to it and stir well.
6 step.
Then divide the flour mixture equally into two separate bowls.
7 step.
Then take one flour mixture and add some water to it and prepare it as a paste.
8 step.
Next, place the egg pieces into the flour solution one at a time, coat them, and then roll them once more in the dry flour mixture. Repeat this process twice, and then carefully transfer them to a hot oil pan, frying them until they turn golden brown, as shown in the images below.
Now it's time to prepare this delightful dish, which is incredibly easy to make. It's a truly delicious treat that you can also find in the market. It pairs well with afternoon tea, and I'm glad I could share it with you after a few days. The reason for the delay was due to my participation in a local excursion in my country.
