Ingredients;
š 2 or 3 Eggs.
š An onion cut into desired shape.
š A tomato cut into small pieces.
š Two green chilli pods cut into small pieces.
š Cut some White Cucumber into desired shape.
š Salt as needed.
š 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
š 1 teaspoon of Crushed chili powder.
š Lettuce leaves or centella asiatica leaves as needed. (To decoration the salad).
Method of making.
First, wash and clean the white cucumber, tomatoes, green chillies, and onions. Then, cut them into the desired shape.
Then cut the boiled eggs into the desired shape as shown in the pictures below.
Then take a cup and add chopped white cucumber, onion, green chili and tomato to it.
Then add chili powder, pepper powder, and salt to it and mix it well.
Then put the prepared salad in a bowl and take chopped eggs and centella asiatica leaves and decorate as follows.
