Hello dear hive friends,
Good evening, all Hive friends! How are you all doing? I hope everyone is well. The past few days have been a bit hectic, and unfortunately, I couldn't connect to this platform. Despite the busyness, we always find time to experiment with different dishes. Today, I present a mouth-watering creation that showcases the unique texture and nutritious profile of young jackfruit.
The fibrous and meaty consistency of young jackfruit, resembling meat when cooked, makes it an excellent substitute in various recipes. Jackfruit cutlet stands out not only for its delicious taste but also for its nutritional value. It is rich in essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin C, potassium, and dietary antioxidants.
Now, let's dive into the process of preparing this delightful jackfruit cutlet.

Then make the prepared paste into small balls. As in the following images.
Then, balls in the beaten egg and roll them again in the biscuit powder. Keep them separate.
Then, take a cooking pot, add oil, and fry the balls until they turn golden brown.
So, this delicious dish is ready. The combination is shaped into a cutlet and pan-fried until golden brown, ensuring a crispy exterior.
