Healthy and happy greetings. This time I will try to cook Capcay, this dish comes from main land China, Capcay is a dish made from a mixture of vegetables with added meat or seafood ,I make capcay dishes with added Chicken.
Ingredients for cooking capcay as,
- 1 young corn
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 20 gram of cauliflower
- 40 gram of chicken meat
- 2 tablespoon cornstarck
- 50 gram of water
- 1 sheet of mustrad green
- 10 reas
- 15 gram of button mushroom
- 10 gram of ear mushrooms
- 1 stalk of week.
Capcay seasoning
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 centimeter ginger bruiled
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1 tables spoon sesame oil.
Cooking process
Step 1 heart the oil , sauce the garlic, ginger, add ,the chicken fillet.mix well,add salt ,pepper.
Step 2 add water ,cook until boiling, add constarch.
Step 3 input carrot, scavions ,cauliflower, mushrooms.mix well for 10 minutes and remove ,then Capcay is ready to be served.
