Thank you Foodies bee hive community,on this occasion I will share the recipe for making egg tofu with peanut sauce.
This food is usually eaten in the morning or lunch,can be with rice or with lontong ( rice cake), this dish makes it simple. The ingredient are :
- 2 white tofu, diced
- 2 chicken eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon seasoning.
Peanut sauce
- 25 grams of fried peanuts
- 2 garlic roasted
- 2 red chilies
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Brown sugar to tastes.
Complement
- 4 tablespoon of bean sprouts,
brew hot water, set aside - 4 tablespoon celery slices
- 3 tablespoon of cucumbar.
Cooking step
Step 1 fry half cooked tofu, set a side, beat the eggs and add the fried tofu, mix well, add salt,pepper powder, seasoning mix well.
Step 2 fry the eggs that have been mixed with tofu, on the teflon ,until cooked and seta side.
Step 3 make peanut sauce,puree peanuts, red chili, white bottom,kencur,salt ,brown sugar,add a little water, set a side.
Step 4 serving, put the eggs on a plate on top of the egg put the cucumbar, celery leaves, bean sprouts, then add peanut sauce.
