Fish are animals that non colesterol, fish are consumed a lot because they contain lots of protein. Fish can be made in varians variations, one of which is cooked on pottery without using cooking oil.
There are lots of fish all over the place, now I will cook fresh fish cooked heated on tembikar/pottery it will have a different taste.
Tembikar/pottery is a form of kitchen untensil on something else made from the burn land. Cook fish with simple spices such as,
- 5 spoon of tamarins
- 2 piece of garlic
- 1 shallots
- 3 spoon of coriander
- 2 segment of tumaric
- 3 spoons of brown sugar
- 1 segment of ginger.
How to cook the first step of the fish in washing clean with running water smeared with lime.
The second step of the seasoning is mashed by means of uleg,not smooth.
The third step of fresh fish is smeared with the spices.
The fourth step is to prepare the tembikar/pottery on the stove and cover the fish with noni leaves so that the fish is more tender.
The fifth step the fish is cooked on pottery wait a while waiting for the to cook.
After the fish id cooked removebit is put on a place and ready to serve. Fish is cooked on tembikar/pottery with out using oil, and the taste of the fish is softer, the is an aroma. Thank you.
