Making simple scrambled egg for breakfast with rice, eggs are quite familiar and in every Country there must be,like in Indonesian,chicken eggs are easy to find both in modern and traditional market.
This time I made scrambled chicken eggs,scrambled is cooked by stirring the eggs and vegetable in an ingredient stir and result in the shape of an irregulary cooked egg.
- The material I used,
- Carrot,small slices
- 3 pieces of cabbage,thinly by sliced
- 3 chicken eggs
- 1 stalk of spring onion,thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 cendlenuts
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Crushed garlic and pecans.
How to make
- Stir fry cabbage and carrots that
have been sliced,mix with ground
spices.
- add scallions and cook until
wilted, remove and cool.
- beat the eggs, than add them to
the vegetable stir fry, then the
vegetable and eggs are stirred
until cooked,remove and serve.
Scrambled eggs can be eaten with
rice.
