I make Nagasari cake only for family consumption,and the ingredient used are.
- 100 grams of rice flour
- 30 grams of tapioka flour
- 60 grams of sugar
- 1/2 grated coconut
- 1/2 spoon of vanila
- 1/2 spoon salt
- 2 pieces pandan leaves
- 2 bananas
- 60 ml of water.
Process step
Step 1, mix rice flour and tapioka mix well and set a side.
Step 2, cook coconut milk on low heat, add sugar,salt,pandan leaves,vanilla, until cooked or has exploded, remove and let cool.
Step 3, after the coconut milk id cold,add the flour while stirring,add turn on a low heat and continue to stir until it thickens and remove the dough.
Step 4, prepare the banana leaves, take two spoon of dough, give banana on top of the dough, stack with one spoon of dough and wrap it neatly.
Step 5, steam for a bout 15 minutes then remove and the Nagasari cake is ready to eat.
