Greeting, hopefully healthy friends always. At this I will make snack from cassava ingredient, the name of the local language Enye-enye or opak singkong.
This snack is a typical dish from the Sukabumi area of West Java, which has long developed in West Java. The ingredient for making this snack are widely available in every area of Sukabumi.
With the easy of cassava ingredient, some people in the village make this snack from generation to generation in addition to the land to plant fertile cassava.
This cassava opak singkong is of the snack in West Java, and cassava opak snack have become traditional Indonesia foods. only the name is different according to the Region the raw material is cassava.
We can find this cassava opak snack in traditional market and at large family event such as celebration and other,the enye-enye taste of cassava is crunchy,savory, this snack can also be eaten as a food complenent, as for traditional snack.
I will try to make easy snack, the ingredient.
- 2 kilogram of cassava
- 7 cloves of garlic
- 3 spring onions
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoon coriander
- 1 tablespoin of seasoning.
Process step to make it
Step 1 peel the cassava,then wash is clean, the cassava that been washed and run finely grated, then the water is squeezed cassava.
Step 2 puree the spices exept the spring onion in slices enter the spices and spray onions, them stir so that the spices absorb.
Step 3 heat the steaming pan, white the pan is heated,print the dough under the lid of the pan then flatten it thinly then cover the pan with a steaming pan with hot water.
The dough is steamed for about 5 minutes until the color of the dough is clear,then lift and place in a tampah container or other place so container to print the dough alternattely,the opak cassava is the dried in the Sun.
Step 4 frying process, prepare a frying pan, input the raw cassava enye-enye the pan and then back and forth so that it does't burn. Enye enye snack or opak cassava are ready to serve.
