This time I will make a traditional dish typical of the Sundanese, it is still foreign to the ear to hear cassava skin to be made in food.
Seeing from the history of cassava can be used from cassava leaves, the content of cassava to cassava skin can also be used for food.
This culinary called "Kadedemes", occurred during the Colonial penad at that time the in digeous people were faced cassava skin and at that time dished from cassava skin had good value.
Until now,cassava skin has come a culinary tradition in Sundanese land for generation. And first I didn't believe is but on the advice of my perent to try to make dishes from cassava skin. Of course not dirty cassava skin but white cassava skin.
Several variants of cassava skin are used for cooking one of which is stir fried cassava skin, and cassava skin containts nutrient such carbohydrath, vitamin B, C and other.
Ingtedient for stir fried casdava skin,such as
100 grams of cassava skin
1 red chili in sliced
1 green chili in sliced
5 cloves of red onion in sliced
4 cloves garlic sliced
1/2 onion sliced
1 orange leaf
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon powdered broth
1/2 tablespoon oystee sauce
5 tablespoon water.
Cooking step
Step 1, clean for about 5 hours in little salt, then boiled cassava skin for about 25 minutes, romove and then cut into small pieces lengt wise.
Step 2, stir fry spices such as red chilies,green chilies,garlic,onions, lime leaves.
Step 3, after fragrant,add cassava skin and stir, then add sslt,sugar stock, soy sauce ,oysyer sauce,add water,stir flatten,cover the pot,wait until it cooks,and remove,put on a plate,cassava skin is complete and ready to eat.
