This time I will try to make dishes that are well know in South Asia Countries such as India and Pakistan and one also famous in Indonesia.
Biryani rice dishes are food whose basic ingredient are rice. This rice comes from India or Pakistan it is name is Rice basmati, this rice is good for health and is small snd long and not sticky.
Biryani rice uses strong spices, I tried to make home made biryani rice. As for ingredient such as,
- 300 gram of basmati rice
- 3 pieces of chicken thigh meat
- 100 ml of liquid milk
- 500 ml of water
- 1 onion thingly sliced
- 4 choopped garlic cloves
- 1 green tomato clovres
- 3 centimeter of ginger, crushed
- 2 lemongrass stalks
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoon of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sslt
- 1/2 tablespoon of mushroom stock
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 5 centimeter of cinnanoon
- 10 cloves
- 10 candamons
- 5 starlets.
Cooking step
Step 1 wash the rice and then soak it for about 20 minutes, whas the chicken meat, cool with lime and let it rest, melt the butter in a frying pan, saute the onions and garlic,cook until fragrant.
Step 2 add the chopped tomatoes, ginger,lemon grass,curry powder,chili powder, turmeric powder, and spices,mix well.
Step 3 pour the liquid milk,yogurt,add water ,mix well, the chicken meat, cook until the water reduces by half.
Step 4 turn of the heat, add the basmati rice, salt, mushroom broth,mix well.
Step 5 tranfer to the rice cooker along with the chicken, add wster, wait until cooked or the button is warm. Biryani rice is ready to eat.
