Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Noodles | Noodles with tuna, vegetables, and tartar sauce

I've always liked combining vegetables with noodles, so I took advantage of the fact that I had carrots, zucchini, broccoli, and green onions in my refrigerator. Corn was a must because I love it, and I also added red pepper and tuna. This combination was delicious. I thought about finishing the dish with mozzarella cheese, but I preferred to use this cheese in a spreadable form. However, I couldn't find it. There were other spreads, such as garlic and parsley, but when I saw the tartar sauce, I grabbed it right away. It's my favorite. I tried it, and it was delicious. Recipe for two people.

- 120 grams of noodles

- 50 grams of red bell pepper

- 12 grams of green onion

- 100 grams of zucchini

- 100 grams of sweet corn

- 30 grams of broccoli

- 70gr carrot

- 100 grams of canned tuna

- Salt to taste

- 2 tablespoons soybean oil

- 4 tablespoons of tartar sauce

1.-. Bring water to a boil in a pot with a teaspoon of salt. When it comes to a boil, add the noodles and cook until al dente. Once ready, drain and set aside.

2.-. Wash and cut the zucchini into small pieces. Peel the carrot and repeat the same steps as with the zucchini.

3.-. Wash the red bell pepper and green onion, then chop them into very small pieces. We also wash and cut the broccoli.

4.- Sauté the zucchini, carrot, and broccoli in a preheated pan with two tablespoons of oil. Add salt to taste.

5.- We assemble the dish. First we place the noodles, then the carrots and zucchini, followed by the red pepper, green onion, corn, and tuna. We mix everything together.

6.- To finish, add the tartar sauce and mix. Finally, we place the broccoli.

We serve and all that's left is to enjoy this delicious meal.
