Hi, dear Hivers
Today I wanted to share with you some pictures from a really cool place we just visited. It's a fancy fastfood restaurant in Sao Luis that specializes in gourmet hot dogs and hamburgers.
Located at Copacabana Av., Proza is the second restaurant of this franchise. It has two wonderful environments. A very modern one inside and a more rustic one at the terrace.
All their products are made on the spot. From the bread, which is made from potatoes, to the craft beers they offer, everything is fresh and plenty.
The inside area looks very modern; it's pretty cold. They have big flat screens with the best shows or events.
Their food gets anyone's attention quickly.
They have onion rings, french fries, beef and chicken sausages, all made by them on the spot.
The terrace is a cool environment. You can see all the avenue from there. It is perfect to meet lots of friends, watch a soccer game and have some beers.
Just waiting for our order.
I had the Proza cheddar and bacon. Andre had the Proza gorgonzola (a soft creamy italian cheese; it can be sweet or spicy). Apparently all the items in the menu have been copy-righted with cool names and combinations of ingredients that only they can offer.
Usually, hotdogs in Brazil are made with ground beef and sausage.
These ones can be about $3 each (depending on how much you put in them) and the drinks could be about $0.75
Love in times of Covid-19 😇 😍
We had a great time. Cool environment, delicious food, and better company.
I totally recomend Proza Hot Dogueria
Note: Funny detail about the "picture" on the wall, I was intrigued by it, thought it was some scientific formula by a famous someone. I asked one of the waitresses and she told me they were just remodeling and waiting for the image that would go in that frame.
