-chop carrot in bites, uh, whatever size you want
-chop onion in bites (same as carrot)
-chop scallion/leek in bites
(you can actually just use whatever you want, that you think taste good together)
-fry it
-scramble egg
-mix all
-put rice in (preferably rice from yesterday that you find in fridge)
-taste with soy sauce (and sesame oil if ya got)
