I've been a housebound, busy boy for a while. Too cold and wet to work in the yard, so I've been doing some sprucing up in the house.
Where there were no curtains, now there are
Plus I redid the curtain rod and rehung the curtains on the front window as well
With the end result
All that was yesterday, plus putting up curtains where there were none in my middle bedroom
All that up and down the ladder had me tired and aching.
I'd been holding this one piece of RIBEYE for nearly a week in the fridge, so today I splurged.
Fixed up me cocktail
As you can see, well watered wine, with some tonic water for sparkle and medicinal purposes
So I ate about 1/3 if the steak, all the onion and bell pepper and tomato and about half a can of green beans, dressed up my own way with bacon
All in all, many jobs well done and well rewarded.
