The dressing was a little too much liquid, so it ia back in the oven for a bit
I must say, the dressing is better than mama's, because I have a few more options than she did, the bird had crispy skin, and it (and is) delicious.
I just took a plate over to one of my neighbors house.
So, IT IS DONE
Now to eat
