Ocumo chino.
Aliño.
Platano.
Aceite.
Sal.
Salted fish.
Chinese.
Dressing.
Banana.
Oíl.
Salt.
Primero Cortamos los aliños.
First we cut the dressings.
Pelamos y Cortamos los chinos.
We peel and cut the Chinese.
Esmenusamos el pescado salado (previamente Sancochado) y Cortamos los plátanos.
We mix the salted fish (previously Parboiled) and cut the bananas.

Sofreimos los aliños y Agregamos el pescado.
Sauté the dressings and add the fish.
Dejamos cocinar y Freímos los plátanos.
