Hacia ya bastante tiempo que no había podido preparar unas ricas galletas, mis hermanos me compararon algunos ingredientes porque también querían que les preparara estas galletas, quedan muy bien si se le agrega un poco de harina pan, al comerla se le siente lo crujiente y junto a las hojuelas de avena mucho mejor, así que les comparto la preparación de hoy con mucho gusto.
I had not been able to prepare some delicious cookies for quite some time, my brothers compared me some ingredients because they also wanted me to prepare these cookies, they look great if you add a little bread flour, when you eat it you feel the crunchiness and together with the oat flakes much better, so I share today's preparation with pleasure.

| 500g de azúcar. | 500g sugar. |
| 200g de avena en hojuelas. | 200g oat flakes. |
| 100ml de aceite. | 100ml of oil. |
| 3 cucharadas de mantequilla. | 3 tablespoons butter. |
| Unas gotas de vainilla. | A few drops of vanilla. |
Pasos a paso: || Step by step:
Primero se coloca la harina de trigo ya tamizada en una taza.
First place the sifted wheat flour in a bowl.
Segundo; Colocar la harina pan con la harina de trigo.
Second; Place the bread flour with the wheat flour.
Tercero; Agregar el azúcar y las hojuelas de avena.
Third; Add the sugar and oat flakes.
Ahora sigue agregar las gotas de vainilla y aceite.
Now add the vanilla drops and oil.
Seguidamente se procede a amasar para unir todos los ingredientes, luego tomar una pequeña cantidad y con el molde de una cucharilla le damos forma a la galleta.
Then proceed to knead to unite all the ingredients, then take a small amount and with the mold of a teaspoon we shape the cookie.
Por último preparar un molde con mantequilla y harina para meter las galletas al horno durante 40min.a unos 180°.
Finally prepare a mold with butter and flour to bake the cookies in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°.
Finalmente transcurrido el tiempo de cocción, nos queda es degustar unas ricas galletas en casa junto a familiares o amigos.
