My son caught a flu and then I got it and then my husband, so it was the three of us not feeling too great, so I decided to make some chicken soup for all of us.
I got some chicken drum sticks, some veggies, so lets get cooking.
I cooked the chicken drum sticks in the pot of water with few cloves of garlic, celery, bay leaves, onion, green pepper and salt.
I usually like to cook my chicken on a very low heat for 4 hrs or more, but when I don't have the time, I cook it pretty fast on higher heat.
Meanwhile my soup is cooking, I would boil some water for my noodles and then cook the noodles for about 10 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked, I would add most of my veggies. I would start from thd veggies that ard the hardest and the ones that cook longer. So carrots would go in first. After 10 min or so, I would add the cayote squash.
I didn't add any potatoes, since I have the noodles for the soup.
The noodles and the soup is ready.
Nice and hot chicken soup is ready for the sick family and in the evening its time for some lemon and honey tea.
Thanks for visiting my post. Hope you ard all doing great and staying healthy.

I am a great supporter of which is working very hard to help the families stay together and this project is the most
amazing project that I would suggest for everyone in this hive community to check it out and support it and by doing it we are helping people in need who are trying to keep their kids safe from being taken away (kidnapped) by the Social Services. Here is the link Click here
