Rolling durian is one type of bread that is also loved by many people and is certainly a new business idea for those of you who like to make unique recipes. One thing you should know, to make bread or other using durian, make sure you use durian with good quality. Well, the ingredients that you have to prepare to make rolling durian are certainly very simple and also cheap, you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest dupermarket or market. The first ingredients you have to prepare are wheat flour, margarine, powdered milk, yeast, sugar, salt, durian meat, mineral water, cheese and messes. After you have prepared all the ingredients for this recipe, now let's get started.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a place, put 20 tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of powdered milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar and half a tablespoon of yeast. Then, stir in the dry ingredients until well combined with a spoon.
The second step, after you have stirred the dry ingredients until well blended, then add enough mineral water and knead until the dough becomes half smooth.
The third step, after the dough has looked half smooth, now add 1 tablespoon of margarine and half a teaspoon of salt. After that, knead the dough by hand until the dough becomes smooth and soft.
The fourth step, after the dough is really smooth and soft, then all you have to do is cover the dough and let the dough rise for about half an hour or 1 hour.
The fifth step, after the dough has expanded from before, then prepare the work mat, cut and weigh each dough weighing 60 grams.
The sixth step, after you have cut and weighed all the dough to completion, then flatten the dough using a rolling pin so that the air in the dough comes out and rounds all the dough until it is finished.
The seventh step, after all the dough has been flattened and rounded, then prepare a round pan and spread margarine in the pan evenly. Then, arrange the dough into the pan like the photo above. Next, cover the dough again for 1 hour so that it doubles in size.
The eighth step, after the dough has grown and doubled from before, the next thing you have to do is prepare the oven and preheat the oven for a few minutes. Then, bake the dough at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for 15 or 20 minutes depending on the oven you use.
The last step, after the bread is cooked, cut the bread in the middle and then spread it with durian flesh. Don't forget to use good quality durian meat so that the results are more perfect.
And finally, you can cut the rolling durian and serve it to your family or friends. To make it look more attractive and delicious, you can put grated cheese or chocolate jam on top of the durian rolling. Any recipe that uses durian must be delicious and become my favorite.
