The name of this recipe is Serabi, this food is quite popular in Indonesian cuisine and not a few people like this food. Ema and I were quite interested in making this recipe and sharing it with you. So, for those of you who are curious about this recipe, just take a look at the recipe below until it's finished. Good luck Hivers.
Well, the ingredients you have to prepare are certainly not difficult and you can find the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, salt, coconut milk, yeast and pandan leaves. Now that you've got everything ready, let's get started.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a pan and put some ingredients such as 600 ml of coconut milk, half a teaspoon of salt and a piece of pandan leaf. After that, cook and stir continuously the coconut milk so that the coconut milk does not break. After it boils, turn off the heat and let the coconut milk cool.
The second step, after the coconut milk is finished, now prepare a place and put the main ingredients, namely coconut milk that is slightly warm, 1 tablespoon tapioca flour, 5 tablespoons sugar and 1 egg. Then, stir continuously until well blended using a whisk.
The third step, after you have kneaded the dough until it is well mixed, then all you have to do is add 1 tablespoon of yeast into the dough and then stir continuously. Then, cover the dough with a cloth and leave the dough for about 1 hour.
The fourth step, while the dough is being left for 1 hour, now we will make fla to eat with Serabi. First prepare a frying pan and put 300 ml of thick coconut milk, half a teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and a pandan leaf. After that, stir and cook the coconut milk until it really boils.
The last step, after the coconut milk has boiled, now we will make Serabi. The first thing you have to prepare is Teflon and heat the Teflon for a few minutes. After the pan is really hot, then add enough of the first dough that we have let stand for 1 hour, then add a little fla in the middle of the dough. Next, cover the Teflon for about 2 minutes so that the Serabi looks like the nest. After the nest is visible, you can add the topping at the top. Repeat this step until all the dough is done.
And finally, after going through a slightly complicated process, now you can serve it to your family or friends. Well, this Serabi is very suitable to be eaten in the afternoon or you can use a special Serabi sauce so that the Serabi taste is more delicious. So, what do you think? Does it look difficult to you?
