- Tumeric

- Sweet Corn
- Green Peas
- Green Beans
- Green Pepper
- Red Pepper
- Carrot
- Rice
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken
- Prawns
- Plantain
- Vegetable oil
- Onions
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Parboil rice halfway and sieve (15mins)
- Wash and dice all vegetables
- Put a clean pot on fire
- Add vegetable oil
- Add rinsed spiced prawns
- Add diced onions
- Add diced carrot
- Add green beans
Stir very well then - Add Red pepper
- Add spice and seasonings
- Add the parboiled rice
Stir uniformly
Taste it and allow it to simmer for 15 minutes
Finally put a frying pan on fire, add vegetable oil, then cut the plantain in a shredded form and fry(Golden brown)
Dish out and serve
