Hoy compartiré con ustedes como preparar una receta deliciosa: salchichas con huevos revueltos y trocitos de calabacín servido con pasta corta y queso.

Today I will share with you how to prepare a delicious recipe: sausage with scrambled eggs and zucchini bits served with short pasta and cheese.
Ingredientes para la preparación del delicioso plato:
- 3 salchichas.
- 2 huevos.
- 150 gramos de queso.
- 100 ml de aceite.
- 150 gramos de pasta corta.
- 1/2 calabacín.
- Orégano y sal al gusto.
Ingredients for the preparation of this delicious dish:
- 3 sausages.
- 2 eggs.
- 150 grams of cheese.
- 100 ml of oil.
- 150 grams of short pasta.
- 1/2 zucchini.
- Oregano and salt to taste.
Preparación del plato : huevos revueltos con salchichas y pasta.
- Lave las salchichas y córtalas en pedazos pequeños, igualmente el calabacín.
Preparation of the dish : scrambled eggs with sausages and pasta.
- Wash the sausages and chop them into small pieces, as well as the zucchini.
- Coloque una sartén en la candela con un chorrito de aceite, esperar a que caliente.
- Luego agregar los pedacitos de salchichas y los de calabacín,esperar a que se frían , das vueltas para que no se pegue, echar orégano , sal y tapa.
- Put a frying pan on the stove with a drizzle of oil, wait until it gets hot.
- Then add the pieces of sausage and zucchini, wait for them to fry, turn them around so that they do not stick, add oregano, salt and cover.
- Ahora rompe el huevo de la cáscara y bates, agrega a la sartén para ir integrando, espera a que el huevo se cocine
- Now break the egg from the shell and whisk, add to the pan to integrate, wait for the egg to cook.
- Para realizar la pasta: poner a hervir tres tazas de agua con sal, en una olla, esperar a que esté hirviendo para poder agregar la pasta , luego cuando esté floja, ya está lista.
- Colar o sacar el agua, agregar salsa o cualquier crema que desee, en mi caso rallé queso y lo coloque por los alrededores.
- To make the pasta: boil three cups of water with salt in a pot, wait until it is boiling to add the pasta, then when it is loose, it is ready.
- Strain or take out the water, add sauce or any cream you want, in my case I grated cheese and put it around.
