For a month now, me and hubby is practicing the life without rice or low carb diet. So, I ordered ingredients online. This morning to break our fast I cooked the Spaghetti Shirataki Noodles.
Here's how I cook it...
Ingredients:
Spaghetti Shirataki Noodles 2packs
Garlic, onions, long green chilies, broccoli, black pepper, coconut oil I use Baguio cooking oil, coco aminos as soy sauce, 1/4 kilo ground pork, pork stock, 1 medium luffah fruit
Cut the garlic, onion, broccoli and luffah veggie.
I boil first the water in a pot, then place the Spaghetti Shirataki Noodles cook for 3 minutes then drain the water and cut the noodles.
In a wok, place the coco oil, when hot sautee the onion, when soft drop the garlic then the ground meat, then the coco aminos or soy sauce, then black pepper, next the stock, when boiling drop the broccoli and long green chilies, when the broccoli are soft, drop the noodles.
Place half teaspoon of the pink salt.
It's cook!
I top with 2 hard boiled eggs cooked for 7 minutes because I like the egg yolk super soft.
