Hi Hive Lovers
This afternoon is one of the best and proudest days for one of my nephews, who has earned a yellow belt in taekwondo martial arts.
This nephew of mine is a tough boy who is only seven years old and has really been training hard for three months in his first taekwondo class in the junior system.
He was a white belt in Geup 10 and put his heart and soul into each of his three weekly training sessions.
Geup 10 is a session for Taekwondo beginners, and it doesn't matter how old you are when you start; you will still be in Geup 10 and be a white belt.
As far as I know, the levels and use of belts in Taekwondo are divided into two parts: colored belts (white to red with several stripes at each level) and black belts. Geup (in the junior system) has a colored belt, while Dan (in the senior system) has a black belt.
He just took the level promotion exam from Geup 10 to Geup 9. In other words, from the white belt to the yellow belt and he really enjoyed the promotion test with all his heart and managed to bring home his yellow belt.
He is really motivated by his new yellow belt, and he deserves a special celebration from all of us, Pizza!
Pizza is his favorite food.
We totally filled his excitement over his new belt, and this is what we brought him. 1 meter-long pizza (ride on the 1 meter-long pizza party!).
You can see how the box compares to the size of my nephew's feet in the following photo:
We allowed him to be the first to open the rectangular box, and wow!
He was completely taken aback by the super-long pizza. Topped with melted cheese and super-complete toppings, her favorite is mushroom slices covered in melted cheese.
Really long and filled with three choices of sauce: ketchup, mayonnaise, and barbecue sauce. Following are some pictures of us all enjoying the pizza:
We all circled around the long box, and he proudly took the first piece he had fed his mother. The tough little boy's face lit up.
