Hi Hive Lovers
"Sate" is a famous and favorite food of many people in #Indonesia, #Malaysia, #Thailand, and others. "Sate" is raw meat that is seasoned with spices and cooked by burning over coals.
I will not discuss the delicacy of "sate" or other baked goods. It has become very common and is often discussed in this #FoodiesBeeHive community.
I will discuss a different point of view on grilled food.
Grilled food does have a very delicious taste and gives off a tempting aroma. However, because the cooking process is done over coals, the food has the potential to be scorched or burnt.
Burning is a result of the long process of burning food as a reaction to the formation of hydrocarbons and soot particles caused by excessive heat.
You can find so many types of grilled cooked food and I just got this "Sate" menu at a famous restaurant in my city. They should have had good baking standards. They should pay attention to the temperature and length of their cooking time. But, they still serve this "sate" to me in a state of medium burnt level. Very disappointing!
I'm worried that even a well-known restaurant still serves burnt food. What about the standard of food used in ordinary food stalls?
Burnt food not only tastes bad and bitter, but it is also a source of health problems and is very harmful to our bodies.
It has become common knowledge that consuming burnt parts of food is often one of the triggers or is very risky for the emergence of cancer.
I've heard that cancer can also appear or grow in any part of the digestive tract. That means cancer can grow and develop in your mouth, esophagus, or stomach. Nobody wants that to happen, right?
Simple tips for the safe consumption of burnt food
For those of you who love grilled food;
Avoid eating burnt parts of the food. You definitely won't take the risk of introducing toxins into your body.
Do not be too often. You should only consume foods that are burned occasionally, for example, while on vacation. Of course, you don't go on vacation all the time, do you?
For those of you who don't really like burnt food;
- Just avoid that "poison."
My best recommendation. !LOL
Burnt food is generally priced at a high price. With my common sense, I should be able to save 14,000 USD on cancer treatment costs in the future (I really don't expect it), instead of me having to spend 3.5 USD today to pay for this charred "sate".
If you have experience with burned or charred food, please feel free to leave feedback in the comments column.
