Now lets talk about the recipe. It is very different from the normal omelette. This recipe is more like Indian spicy masala omelette.
Let's start with the recipe,
Ingredients
▪️ Eggs
▪️ Onions
▪️ Tomatoes
▪️ Salt
▪️ Oil
▪️ Spices
▪️ Cumin seeds
Steps-1
First take a pan and add 3-4 tbsp of oil into the pan. Heat the oil than add half tablespoon cumin seeds.

Now add chopped onion into the oil and let it fry for a few minutes.

Now add turmeric powder and cook it for few minutes.
Steps-4
Now at chop tomatoes into the pan and cook them until it became soft.
Steps-5
Now add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder into the mix and cook it atleast for good 2-3 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients well. Now add one fourth tablespoon of black pepper powder.
Steps-7
Now add little bit of water into the paste so that it can cook easily.

After the masala or paste is cooked now we are some water and on top of that we add two eggs or as much as you want.

Don't mix the eggs and the paste. Just let it cook for few minutes until the egg cooks well.
And if you feel that the eggs are sticking at the base than you can add more water but not too much.
Now shut the lid, eggs will cook more effortlessly.

After 5 minutes the eggs will cook perfectly know you conserved it with a slice of bread and chutney.
You can serve it with grilled sliced bread.
Serving
You can have it with chapati, bread, buns and just like that also.
(With green chillies and curd chutney)
