Today I share with all of you how to make an easy and very delicious tuna Hallaca, which is not so common to celebrate these December holidays and get out of the traditional, since it is the time of year where we appreciate everything that we have, the love we feel for each other makes us come together to share and enjoy how wonderful it is to have a united family full of joy, wishing you happy holidays.
Ingredientes:
Harina pan de la amarrilla.
Sal.
Agua.
Hojas de cambur.
Comino.
Alcaparras.
Pasas.
Aceitunas.
Cebollas en ruedas.
1kg de atún.
Onoto molido.
Onoto en grano.
Aceite.
400 gr Ají dulce.
3 Cebolla.
½ kg Papas.
½ kg Zanahoria.
200 gr de Cilantro.
200 gr de Calabacín.
3 Dientes de ajo.
1 Caldo Maggie o cubito.
1 pizca de Orégano.
Hilo pabilo.
Un vaso de agua grande.
Ingredients:
Yellow bread flour.
Get out.
Water.
Banana leaves.
Cumin.
Capers.
Raisins.
Olives.
Onions in wheels.
1kg of tuna.
Ground onoto.
Onoto in grain.
Oil.
400 gr Sweet pepper.
3 Onion.
½ kg Potatoes.
½ kg Carrot.
200 gr of Cilantro.
200 gr of Zucchini.
3 cloves of garlic.
1 Maggie broth or cube.
1 pinch of Oregano.
Wick thread.
A large glass of water.
Preparación del guiso:
1.- Parboil the tuna, once cooked we proceed to shred.
2.- We wash all the vegetables and then cut into very small squares.
3.- In a pot, pan or cauldron we place it in the kitchen over low heat, once it is hot we add a drizzle of oil to the three well crushed garlic cloves, then we add all the dressings and sauté them well, then add the Maggie broth or cube, oregano, capers, ground onoto, shredded tuna and a large glass of water, letting it cook over low heat, letting our stew cook well for 20 minit's ready .
4.- Clean the banana leaves well, then cut the leaves to the size to be used.
5.- In a container or container we add enough water, then we add a teaspoon of salt, we stir it to dilute the salt well, then we add the bread flour little by little and knead without leaving lumps.
6.- In a jar we add the onoto in grains and oil we mix it until it is colored.
7.- Once our dough is ready, we add the oil with the color of the onoto to our dough, to obtain a colorful dough.
8.- We place the banana leaf of the size of your preference, we add a little oil and stretch it on our leaf, then we place a ball of our prepared dough and stretch it until it is very thin.
9.- Once we have the dough stretched out on the sheet, we proceed to place the amount of stew on top of our dough at will, garnishing with the olives, raisins, onions.
10.- Then we fold from top to bottom and from bottom to top, closing later with the sides. We also wrap our cake with the leaves.
11.- With the wick thread we tie our wrapping so that when we cook it it does not break.
12. We heat enough water in a pot, add salt to it, until it boils, then proceed to add our Halca that is going to cook for thirty (40) minutes.
13.- Once cooked for the necessary time, we proceed to unwrap our delicious tuna cake on a plate to be tasted.
