Ingredientes para hacer Torta de queso:
Para la base:
1 paquete de Galletas María (200 gramos)
1 cucharada sopera de Azúcar
250 gramos de Mantequilla
4 cucharadas de leche completa
Para el relleno:
2 paquetes de Queso crema
1 taza de Azúcar (200 gramos)
1 cucharada de vainilla
2 unidades de Huevos
1 cucharada de maizina

Cómo hacer Torta de queso:
1- En cuanto al queso crema, lo ideal es utilizarlo de la marca Philadelphia, pero si prefieres usar otra marca de queso de untar suave puedes hacerlo. Precalienta el horno a 180ºC.
2-Empezaremos la torta por la base. Para hacerla, tritura las galletas María hasta pulverizarlas, puedes hacerlo manualmente con la ayuda de un mortero, utilizar la licuadora o la batidora. Mézclalas con el azúcar y la mantequilla fundida hasta formar una pasta.

1- As for the cream cheese, the ideal is to use Philadelphia brand, but if you prefer to use another brand of soft spreadable cheese you can do so. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
2-Begin the cake at the base. To make it, crush the Maria cookies until they are pulverized, you can do it manually with the help of a mortar, use the blender or the mixer. Mix them with the sugar and the melted butter until they form a paste.
3-Una vez hecho, retíralo de la ornilla y deja que se enfríe para desmoldarlo. Puedes acompañar tu torta de queso con fresas u otras frutas.
