Here I'm sharing the most easy and healthy breakfast recipe that i follow for my morning meal.
If you are a person which is health conscious and also have less time to make something healthy within minutes but you want your morning meal to be healthy and nutritious enough they you can also go for this👇 one. This breakfast will give you all the protein and nutrition that you needed to consume in the morning.
Morning is the most important part of our day. The things we start in the morning, will result us throughout out the day. Like the positivity and activeness with which we start our morning that makes us productive throughout the day. Similarly, the meal we choose in the morning, give us energy and freshness throughout the day till night. So take time to decide your day's first meal.
Here is the recipe of my healthy breakfast which i used to eat atleast 4 days of the week in the morning. It's a sprouted gram with all the healthy veggies mixed in it.
Here's the list of ingredients i use in this recipe.
- Sprouted Gram
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped Tomato
- Chopped Carrot
- Green Chil
- Lemon
- And finally the black salt
The very easy steps of making it are:-
- Just take everything in one bowl.
- Add black salt according to your taste.
- Then squeeze lemon on it.
- Mix it well and eat😋.
You can add more ingredients in it which you want like beetroot, peas, spinch leaves and fruits etc.
