Hola queridísimos amigos de la comunidad feliz domingo para todos quiero compartir estas deliciosas arepas con un relleno mixto de carne y chorizo ahumado con un toque de queso, mayonesa y mostaza miel
Hello dear friends of the community, happy Sunday to all of you, I want to share these delicious arepas with a mixed filling of meat and smoked chorizo with a touch of cheese, mayonnaise and honey mustard.
Ingredientes/ingredients
- 1 carne bistec
- 1 chorizo
- adobo
- 1/2 cucharita de mostaza
- salsa inglesa
- salsa de ajo
- aceite
- harina pan
- sal
- agua
- mayonesa
- queso
- mostaza miel
- 1 beef steak
- 1 chorizo
- marinade
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- garlic sauce
- oil
- flour bread
- salt
- water
- mayonnaise

- honey mustard
Proceso/ process
1. - primero vamos a cortar en cuadros la carne luego la pasamos a una taza y condimentamos con adobo, mostaza, salsa inglesa y salsa de ajo revolvemos y reservamos ahora picamos el chorizo en rodajas y luego en 4 y lo pasamos a la carne, en una olla agregamos un chorrito de aceite y agregamos la carne y el chorizo y dejamos cocinar hasta dejarla en su punto deseado y luego la sacamos a un plato y reservamos ahora vamos a realizar la mezcla de las arepas pero primero colocamos un budare a calentar y vamos agregar harina en una bowl
1. - first we are going to cut the meat in squares then we transfer it to a bowl and season it with adobo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic sauce we stir and reserve now we chop the chorizo in slices and then in 4 and we transfer it to the meat, in a pot add a little oil and add the meat and the chorizo and let it cook until it is cooked to the desired point and then remove it to a plate and set aside now we are going to make the arepas mixture but first we put a pot to heat and add flour in a bowl.
2. - Luego agregamos y sal y agua y amasamos yo realice la masa para 6 arepas, limpiamos el budare con una servilleta con un chorrito de aceite, agarramos un bolita de masa y hacemos la arepa y colocamos en el budare hasta que dore las arepas, luego abrimos las arepas y le colocamos mayonesa y la mostaza miel luego la carne con el chorizo y un poco de queso y servimos
